Limehouse Produce Citrus Challenge

Winter means citrus, lots and lots of citrus. Local purveyor Limehouse Produce has encouraged chefs and mixologists around Charleston to put some of their freshest produce to use including navel oranges, oroblanco, ruby red grapefruit, kumquat, satsuma mandarin oranges, blood oranges, hamlin oranges, clementines, limes, pummelos, and meyer lemons.
